The field of life coaching has grown dramatically in recent years because it provides a power structure to help people focus on specific outcomes and stay on track. There is much more to a coaching relationship than just accountability, which is encapsulated by the question “who owns your future, you or your coach?”

Coaching is not therapy. Although many coaches are trained as therapists, many turned coaches instead. There are far more people who merely lack direction and get stuck in life than those who have psychological or behavioural problems.

- Do you get stuck sometimes?
- Do you feel guilty when you wish you could put your personal interests before those of your family’s?
- What about your relationship with your spouse – have you often wondered where the love had gone?
- So you run a successful business with hundreds of people working for you, but when it comes to your kids, do you feel you are going nowhere and cannot make them listen to you?
- What would you give to make your life work?

You need a coach to buddy with you along the path of rediscovery.

Coaching is a team effort, we (coach and coachee) work together to find out what you really want. This means that we find out your purpose in life – who you are and what makes you tick and get up every morning full of zest to complete a whole day’s work. Once we identify your purpose, we will then set goals, which are aligned with and support that purpose. After that we will work on other areas in order to ensure that you will achieve the goals you have set. We will also develop strategies to support you in a number of ways, especially how to stay focused and get what you want.
